A Note About Our Puppy Pricing

At Down Home Dachshunds, our puppies are raised with love and are part of our family from the very beginning. Providing them with the best possible care has always been our priority.

Due to the rising costs associated with raising and caring for our dogs and puppies, we have made a difficult decision to increase our puppy prices. This is not something we wanted to do, but we will never compromise on the quality care our puppies receive.

We are so thankful for the wonderful families who choose a Down Home Dachshunds puppy and trust us to raise their newest family member. Your understanding and support mean more to us than you know.

Thank you for being part of the Down Home Dachshunds family.

All of our Dachshund puppies for sale here at Down Home Dachshunds come with a One Year Written Health Guarantee and are current on all vaccinations and worming. They are raised indoors in their own house with their moms.

These Dachshund Puppies are started on potty training as soon as they are "big" enough to go in and out the doggie door. It will include a sample of puppy food, a detailed health record, which will show the shots and worming they have had and will need in the future, information about NuVet vitamins, which they will have already started on when they leave to go to their new home, and their AKC registration paperwork.

All Dachshund puppies are sold with Pet Registration only. There will be an additional fee for full registration and breeding rights. Please let us know if you would like to breed your baby. For the well-being of our babies, we reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone whom we feel is not a good fit for our Dachshund puppies.
